At 21, I was hired as a police cadet with Peel Regional Police. I was awarded the Larry Farrow Award and a Chief commendation for my dedication to police training and excellence.
I left the service due to my mental health struggles. I studied mental health and returned to the security industry. Now I am a security leader & educator, and prepare the new generation of public safety people!

As a former police constable and current security leader, I provide opportunities for people to improve their skills and prepare them for a career in security or public safety, whether that is police, corrections or border services.
Many enter the security industry to obtain experience to advance in their careers; I provide them the guidance and knowledge they need to become successful!

My approach and method to building new upcoming public safety and security professionals is to first learn what their dream is - their goal - and help make a plan towards that.
I suggest any formal or informal educational plans for their development, and assist them in understanding the law for their current roles and future aspirations!
